Job summary

Honda-and-Toyota-of-Seattle seeks an Automotive Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. You will provide courteous service and represent the dealership professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate local roads using GPS with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
• Coordinate with Service Department regarding pickups, drop-offs, and scheduling.
• Plan efficient routes while following traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Keep shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
