Job summary

Honda and Toyota of Seattle is seeking an Automotive Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. You will represent the dealership in a professional, courteous manner and support the Service Department with scheduling and pickups.

The role emphasizes dependable, punctual service, strong communication, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prior driving or dealership exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
• Maintain communication with the Service Department regarding pickups, drop-offs, and scheduling.
• Plan efficient routes while following traffic laws and dealership safety procedures.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, fueled, and presentable.
• Perform basic visual inspections of the shuttle vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and employees.
• Assist with light dealership duties or vehicle transportation when shuttle demand is low.
• Protect customer and dealership property and maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and driving requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Shuttle Driver

Pay Range: $21.30–$22.00 per hour

Reports To: Service Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Automotive Shuttle Driver to join our dealership team. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. This position plays an important role in providing an excellent customer experience and representing the dealership in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.


• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service at all times.


• Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
