Job summary

Honda of Seattle is seeking an Automotive Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. You will represent the dealership in a courteous, professional manner and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

The role emphasizes safe driving, punctuality, and strong communication. A valid license and clean driving record are required; hospital and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.

  • Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle.
  • Maintain communication with the Service Department regarding pickups, drop-offs, and scheduling.
  • Plan efficient routes while following traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, fueled, and presentable.
  • Perform basic visual inspections of the shuttle vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and employees.
  • Assist with light dealership duties or vehicle transportation when shuttle demand is low.
  • Protect customer and dealership property and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and driving requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous professional driving, dealership, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform routine physical activities associated with the position.
  • Ability to assist customers with light personal items when necessary.
