Job summary

The Kelly Automotive Group is seeking a Service Valet / Shuttle Driver at Kelly-Nissan-of-Woburn to transport customers safely and deliver outstanding service. A clean driving record and professional appearance are essential as you will support the service drive and vehicle maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent driving skills and a clean MVR.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Reliable with professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from destinations in a professional and safe manner
• Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel
• Run dealership errands as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Abide by traffic regulations and exercise good judgment
• Notify service manager of servicing needs for shuttle vehicle
• Greet customers entering the service drive with a smile
• Vacuum vehicles and add air to tires when needed
• Help maintain cleanliness of the service drive and parking areas

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Valet / Shuttle Driver to join our team! The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include transporting customers, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance.

Compensation

$18-20 per hour depending on level of experience

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
• Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel
• Run errands for the dealership as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations
• Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Greet customers coming into the service drive with a smile
• Vacuum customer vehicles and add air to tires when needed
• Help maintain cleanliness of the service drive and service parking areas
