• Use the dealership-issued cell phone to coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips, including passenger names and pick-up/drop-off locations.
• Present a professional appearance and always provide outstanding customer service.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while assisting customers and entering or exiting vehicles.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
