Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking a WA‑state certified CNA/HCA to join our caregiving team. We offer full‑time or part‑time roles with competitive pay and strong support. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, while coordinating with families and our office for reliable care.

Qualifications

• WA State CNA or HCA certification required or valid.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
• Driver's license and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and the office.
• Deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate care.
