What You'll Do

Every client is unique, and we'll thoughtfully match you with clients whose needs fit your skills and experience. Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Meal planning and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Specialized care for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who:

• Have a current Washington State CNA or HCA license, or are actively enrolled in an approved licensing program
• Have a valid Washington State driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and are willing to transport clients when needed
• Are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism through consistent attendance and punctuality
• Meet current client and regulatory health requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination when required for vulnerable adult clients
