SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers in Washington state to provide in-home care for seniors and adults, with CNA/HCA certification. Available shifts include 12‑hour, 8‑hour, 4‑hour, daytime and weekend options, full‑time or part‑time.

Earn $23–$28 per hour with overtime, paid time off after 90 days, travel and parking reimbursements, orientation, and CEU support. Join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and 24/7 office help.

Qualifications

• WA State CNA or HCA certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required (within 30 days of hire).
• Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
