State Farm Agent Team Member in Missouri is seeking a Products Representative to help clients with insurance and financial services through value-based conversations and a strong customer experience. A self-motivated, upbeat professional will work with the agent to grow the business and meet marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, profit sharing, and paid time off; there is opportunity for advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
