Job summary

State Farm Agent Team is seeking an Office Representative to build customer relationships and educate clients on insurance options. You will collaborate with the agent to meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments while presenting products tailored to customer needs.

Growth potential exists within the agency; compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus and paid time off, with licensing requirements to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
