Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Productivity to lead our productivity strategy and build a center of excellence in this space. You will partner across Commercialization, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, and more to drive governance, data tracking, and change management.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in productivity, supply chain, or project management, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in productivity, supply chain, project management, or a related function.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed CPG or consumer goods organization.

Responsibilities

• Support productivity governance forum cycles through content creation and meeting management.
• Leverage AI and analytic tools to streamline project data tracking and reporting.
• Create and manage center of excellence productivity assets including a centralized knowledge management space and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercialization, Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and more.
