Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified engineering, systems, or data fields.
• 3–5 years in operations, service operations, manufacturing, or CI.
• Strong data orientation with dashboards and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate field and operational data into actionable insights.
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of productivity initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions to drive execution.
• Ensure disciplined program management and governance.
• Develop scalable adoption mechanisms and dashboards.
• Embed improvements into daily operations for sustainability.
• Provide executive-level reporting on initiative progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate governance and prioritization forums.
• Track and communicate impact of initiatives.
• Drive globally scalable productivity improvements.
