Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree with strong foundation in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Significant hands-on manufacturing experience in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations, program/project management or strategy.
• Experience in network design, capacity planning, and multi-year scenario modeling.
• Experience in commercializing new products or innovations from pipeline to launch.
• Track record of driving transformation through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site strategy and plant roadmap with leadership.
• Lead network design, capacity planning and multi-year scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing to align value chain priorities.
• Drive end-to-end commercialization of new innovations from concept to market launch.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management; report progress regularly.
• Lead site productivity initiatives and post-project evaluations.
