Job summary
Mondelēz International is seeking a Supply Chain Business Development Director to lead end-to-end optimization of our US supply network, integrating engineering rigor with strategic business insight. You will partner with site leadership to craft multi-year capacity plans and drive I2M initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver growth and productivity gains.
The role requires a technical or engineering degree, substantial hands-on manufacturing experience, and a proven track record
Qualifications
- Technical or engineering degree with strong manufacturing foundation.
- Significant hands-on manufacturing experience in a CPG or FMCG environment.
- Experience in supply chain operations, program/project management, or strategy.
- Experience in network design, capacity planning, and multi-year scenario modeling.
- Experience in commercializing new products from pipeline to launch.
- Track record of driving transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site strategy and plant roadmap.
- Lead network design and capacity planning.
- Drive end-to-end commercialization of new innovations (I2M).
- Manage project execution with Lean/Six Sigma/Agile.
- Oversee CAPEX budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
