Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead productivity evaluations at construction sites in Lebanon, IN, and across the Midwest. The role emphasizes standardized processes, lean practices and data-driven insights to drive efficiency.

Travel will be 50–70% with a Monday–Friday schedule, and OT may be required. The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of continuous improvement/productivity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are used efficiently and safely.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational productivity practices.
• Provide valid statistical information and analyses to management regarding productivity.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to implement training and train-the-trainer activities on continuous improvement.
• Guide employees, supervisors and management on productivity and continuous improvement matters.
• Coach and develop employees on audits and new work or crisis situations.
• Review project expectations with leadership and recommend corrective actions to project teams.
