Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Productivity & Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead evaluations, times studies, and coaching across Montgomery, AL sites. Travel will be 50-70% to support field implementations in the Southern region.

The role requires proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, with Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred and a Bachelor’s or equivalent education. Hours typically 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED.
• 1–3 years continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct productivity evaluations to ensure standardized processes, standard work and best practices are used efficiently and safely.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and refine processes related to productivity and continuous improvement.
• Provide statistical information and analyses to management regarding productivity.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to implement training on continuous improvement across departments.
• Provide guidance to employees, supervisors, and management on productivity matters.
• Coach and develop employees on audits and new work practices at job sites.
• Perform project reviews with leadership and suggest corrective actions to various stakeholders.
• Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring programs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
