Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours with standard breaks.
  • Ability to perform work assignments requiring repetitive motions.
  • Ability to work schedule as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assembles small basic components to meet demand.
  • Runs machines for the assembly of components.
  • Runs machines that create single components for manufacturing.
  • Manually inspects components for defects.
  • Packing of individual assembled components per work order requirements.
  • Packing and labeling of finished work pieces per work order requirements.
  • Reports problems, needs, and equipment breakdowns to lead or supervisor.
  • Adheres to production safety standards.
  • Immediately notify supervisor and/or Safety Manager of any safety and health concerns and problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is an ideal role for someone who is dependable, self-motivated and who has prior production experience in a manufacturing setting. We also seek a candidate who aligns strongly with our mission and who has a solid mechanical aptitude.The ideal candidate for this role will have textile experience running high volume printers, and machines that require loading and unloading parts.
