Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Production Worker I in the Aerospace division. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is willing to learn, and can perform the duties listed below. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; we will train qualified candidates who are ready to learn. Positions are only available for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 11:00 pm) and the 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am).

Purpose

Performs entry level manufacturing operations to fabricate metallic and non‑metallic parts.

Responsibilities
  • Installing rivets in previously countersunk holes and affixing with tape.
  • Read and have a basic understanding of work order operations.
  • Clean and deburr parts as instructed.
  • Assemble and label boxes.
  • Accurately count parts.
  • Select appropriate deburring medium such as files, sponges, and sandpaper.
  • Use deburring mediums such as files, sponges, and sandpaper correctly.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and health standards, policies and procedures by monitoring personnel, machinery and work environment.
  • Immediately notify supervisor and/or Safety Manager of any safety and health concerns and problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Stand or sit up to 8 hours with standard rest periods.
  • Perform work assignments requiring repetitive motions.
  • Work the schedule as assigned.
