Basic Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; verification required at hire. No visa sponsorship available.
  • Access to export-controlled items; employment conditioned upon lawful access.
  • No relocation benefits; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ.
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of Casting Training Program.
  • Ability to fulfill Mold Handler requirements.
  • Capability to perform mold inspection functions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
Physical Demands and Equipment Used
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally; weights over 70 lbs. require assistive devices or help.
  • Pushing and pulling tasks with equipment up to 300 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting with mold handler tongs.
  • Work in hot, industrial environments.
  • Use of lifting devices, ovens, vacuum casting units.

Position Overview: Responsible for pouring molten metal into casting molds.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Implement and comply with EH&S policies and regulations.
  • Wear required PPE.
  • Report illnesses, injuries, and safety concerns.
  • Attend EH&S training.
Essential Job Functions
  • Melting and pouring alloy into refractory molds following SOPs.
  • Operate vacuum and air melt equipment.
  • Generate reports and maintain records.
  • Inspect refractory molds prior to casting.
  • Train colleagues.
  • Report issues with molds or equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to read, write, communicate in English, and work with computers.
