**Job Description**
**Please note this position supports our Weekend Night Shift working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00PM to 3:00AM. You will work 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours, plus earn a 15% pay premium.**

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has teams dedicated to technology, engineering, and mentoring to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We welcome individuals with big ideas, a passion for innovation, and a desire to accelerate fielding to bring warfighters home safely.

The selected candidate will fabricate and modify complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities include following detailed instructions for wire and ribbon bonding using manual and automatic bonding machines or an MRSI microwave component automated pick-and-place machine. Candidates must be familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, ICs, caps, diodes, resistors, soldering, and eutectic die attach processes. Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens, sheet epoxies, adhesives, and operating MRSI 505 and 605 machines is required. Ability to work with a microscope throughout the shift and familiarity with MIL-STD-883 for bonding complex microwave modules are also necessary.

**Pay Range:** $41,024 - $65,639 annually. Salaries are influenced by skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
