FMM is actively hiring 8 experienced Structural Foremen to join our growing operations. We are urgently looking for leaders who can take charge on the floor and in the office. If you’ve got shipyard experience and strong organizational skills, this could be the next big step in your career.

What You’ll Do
  1. Supervise and coordinate teams in structural shipbuilding work
  2. Enter daily labor hours into the company system
  3. Communicate incidents and personnel updates to HR
  4. Maintain organized documentation using assigned computer and office space
  5. Ensure team compliance with safety, quality, and production expectations
  6. Work directly with management on production goals
Requirements
  • Shipyard experience is required
  • Must pass a FCAW welding test in:
    • 2G, 3G, 4G positions – Steel
    • Steel backing and bend test required
  • Prior leadership experience in a production or shipyard setting
  • Comfortable with computer use (data entry, incident reporting, HR communication)
  • Professional communication skills and documentation habits
  • Available for any shift (A, B, C, D) — preferences accepted but not guaranteed
  • Open to weekend and night shift work (5 PM – 5 AM)
Compensation & Perks
  • $27.00/hour base pay
