Job description

STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (Levels II & III) to support flyExclusive in Kinston, North Carolina. If you're a skilled corporate aviation technician looking for stability, innovation, and hands-on work with top-tier private jets, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Shift Details

Technicians follow a 4-3-3-4 rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts. Two shifts are available:

• Team A1 (Weekend Day Shift): Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  
• Team A2 (Weekend Night Shift): Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  

Please Note: Candidates must have corporate aviation experience to be considered.

Position Breakdown

Technician II

• Pay: $36-$41/hour
  
• Experience: 4-7 years of aircraft maintenance
  
• Preferred Background: Corridor experience and familiarity with business / corporate jets
  

Technician III

• Pay: $41-$48/hour
  
• Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance
  
• Preferred Background: Corridor experience and advanced knowledge of business / corporate jets
  

Required Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification
  
• In-depth understanding of aircraft mechanical systems and how they interact
  
• Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, ATA codes, and IPMs
  
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and team-driven
