Successful candidates will be part of one of four groups, focusing on packaging, pinning, pressing, or milling. Each role involves specific tasks vital to the production process.

Responsibilities

• Packaging: Pack finished products into boxes, ensuring consistency and quality in a repetitive environment.
• Pinning: Use a microscope to insert small pins into the product with precision.
• Press: Operate machinery to press patch parts, contributing to the final product.
• Mill: Assist with the operation of equipment that produces rubber, maintaining efficiency and safety.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is a must.
• Ability to work in a repetitive environment with attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation is a plus.
• Experience with assembly, particularly under a microscope, is beneficial.
