Production Worker – Start a Career in Manufacturing!

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We are hiring Production Workers in Lima, NY. If you enjoy assembling products, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!

Pay: $16 – $18.40 per hour (based on shift)

Shifts:

• A Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• C Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manually stack, feed, and unload products during production
• Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols and production guidelines

What You Bring to the Team:

• High School Diploma or GED (or currently working toward completion)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
