Position Overview:

We are hiring in our Production and Warehouse Departments for General Laborers and Machine Operators at our Fulton, New York facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Safely set up, start up, adjust, and shut down production machines.
2. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and lift cases of finished product up to 50 lbs.
3. Maintain production and quality standards following SOPs and safety procedures.
4. Perform cleaning, sweeping, packing, palletizing, painting, and other duties as assigned.
5. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of hire.
• High school diploma/GED preferred; relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of machine operator experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and working with automated machinery.
• Experience in manufacturing, trades, or military service is advantageous.
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures and in a team environment.

Salary ranges from $18.56 to $21.95 per hour, depending on the role.
