You will ensure accurate records, timely material movement, and production schedule adherence while coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and data-driven reporting using ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, production planning, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Infor, Syteline, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all WIP inventory throughout manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
• Coordinate movement of materials between production departments and work centers.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction errors.
• Support production scheduling by ensuring required materials are available when needed.
• Generate and analyze WIP reports to identify bottlenecks and production issues.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Production Planners, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor production orders and update status reports for management.
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and manufacturing requirements.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track, analyze, and communicate data.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
