Job summary

Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions, through Advanced Laser Systems Technology (ALST) in Orlando, seeks a Sr. Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee all physical and administrative inventory processes, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distribution of materials, parts, and equipment.

You will drive accuracy and efficiency while partnering across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in inventory control, logistics, warehousing, or material management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and Inventory Management Systems.
• Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Act as SME for inventory processes, systems, and best practices.
• Train, mentor, and support inventory personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and improve procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records through audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee material preparation, packaging, and cleanroom handling as required.
• Manage ERP/MRP transactions including BOM roll-ups and material planning.
• Support forecasting and optimization initiatives and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
