Job summary

Amcor LLC in Waxahachie, TX seeks a Production Utility teammate to join its world-class manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and adjust lines to produce quality packaging components, supporting daily production goals and safety standards.

You'll train peers, troubleshoot equipment, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires basic computer skills, physical fit, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
• Lead daily production activities on assigned lines and assistTrain MLOs.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Follow PPE policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure smooth workflow and accurate packaging.
• Utilize computer systems for production tasks and labeling.
