Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Training Records Specialist to ensure the currency and adequacy of manufacturing training records, maintain SOPs and uphold GMP compliance. The role includes onboarding, system access, and safety training across plant staff.

You will work with area trainers to develop documentation, track qualifications, and improve the training system while coordinating with management on training status and needs.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a training role in a manufacturing setting.
• FDA experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication is required to interact with different groups.
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency and adequacy of training records. Review and update training records and SOPs for GMP compliance.
• Train personnel on equipment operating procedures, documentation practices and GMP as needed.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access and safety training.
• Ensure staff are current in required trainings with proper documentation.
• Maintain and support area trainers to cover training needs.
• Assist management in developing training materials, modules and records.
• Understand training system details to troubleshoot and suggest improvements.
• Communicate training needs and status across levels.
• Contribute to various projects and uphold quality system effectiveness.
