Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting FDA is desirable.
• Verbal and written communication proficiency is required.
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency and adequacy of training records and update documentation for GMP compliance.
• Train personnel on equipment operating procedures and GMP practices.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training.
• Ensure employees remain current in required training and properly documented.
• Support area trainers and assist management in developing training materials and records.
• Troubleshoot training system issues and suggest improvements.
• Communicate training needs across levels and participate in various projects.
