Responsibilities

• Maintain currency and adequacy of training records and SOPs for GMP compliance.
• Train personnel on equipment operating procedures and GMP requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training.
• Ensure training is properly documented and compliant with cGMP.
• Support trainers with materials, modules, and curricula.
• Identify and troubleshoot training system issues and suggest improvements.
• Communicate training needs and status across levels.
