Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role. FDA experience desirable.

• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and update training records and SOPs for GMP compliance.
• Train personnel on equipment operating procedures, documentation practices and GMP as necessary.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety requirements.
• Ensure employees are current in required training and document in accordance with cGMP.
• Support area trainers and develop training materials, qualifications, modules, curricula, and area records.
• Understand the training system to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
• Interact with all levels to assess training needs and status.
• Work on various projects and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
