Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating multiple types of industrial machinery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe work practices and trains others in safety-first methods.
• Observes processes to identify improvement opportunities and documents findings.
• Writes clear job instructions and trains team members on procedures.
