Dal-Tile, the leading tile and stone manufacturer, seeks a Supervisor Production in El Paso to lead a manufacturing team, optimize processes, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of management, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. You’ll oversee shift operations, manage schedules, and collaborate across departments in a high-traffic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise department manufacturing across shifts and review schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to production priorities and internal policies.
• Develop performance measures to monitor and improve productivity.
• Maintain shift records and Kronos timekeeping.
• Provide training and development support for staff.
• Maintain budget controls and cross-department collaboration.
