Job summary

You will work with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues, document and enforce training procedures for the Distribution Center, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, team orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide new hires and existing partners on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure proper development of new hires and continued development of tenured partners.
• Work with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues.
• Document and enforce training procedures for the Distribution Center.
• Uphold quality standards; troubleshoot and solve problems as necessary.
• Implement safety processes and procedures.
