Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Illinois. The role includes hiring, training and directing entry-level staff, ensuring daily productivity and quality, and maintaining inventory control.

You will promote a safe workplace, train partners on safety policies, and ensure OSHA standards compliance while focusing on bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of the shifts.
• Hire, train, and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safety culture.
