Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Trainer to train and guide new hires and existing partners in day-to-day processes within our manufacturing environment. You will support development, uphold safety standards, and help improve quality and efficiency.

You'll document and enforce training procedures for the Distribution Center, partner with supervisors to address issues, and deliver ongoing skills development. This full-time, second-shift position is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• 1-2 years' training and production experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.90 - $23.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
