Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer to strengthen the test processes in a factory setting. You will validate and ensure compliance of prime hardware to data packages, troubleshoot RF/analog/digital equipment, and drive efficiency improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, quality, and process teams, with a focus on RCCA, test flow optimization, and rigorous documentation to support end customers.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience with RF test methods and RF microwave product testing.

Aufgaben

• Provide test engineering support to manufacturing by coordinating with operations, quality, and production control.
• Observe, analyze, and report test data using engineering drawings and manuals.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of Digital, Analog and RF equipment.
• Dispose non-conforming material using root cause/corrective action analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using Core/Six Sigma methods and data-driven decisions.
