• Location: Initially at Fort Montgomery, NY, with relocation to Middletown, NY around early 2026. Candidates should be prepared for this transition.

Job Summary

As a Cannabis Production Technician, you will be involved in manufacturing products from initial stages to final sale-ready units distributed throughout the state and to customers.

Responsibilities

1. Manipulating flower and oil.
2. Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
3. Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old, per state law.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.
• Ability to learn and adapt to different strains and types of cannabis.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards as per OSHA.
• Follow instructions and accept feedback from management.

Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing consumable goods preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Use arms and fingers for manipulation.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Willing to wear PPE.
