Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Production Technician III to test and assemble Small Unmanned Aircraft System products in our Utah facility, following engineering drawings and work orders. You will use a range of hand and power tools to build, test, and troubleshoot assemblies, and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.

Daily tasks include reading drawings, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing/production, electronics or electro‑mechanical assembly and test.
• Experience with hand tools; ability to solder.
• Good manual dexterity and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies mechanically using hand/power tools.
• Perform final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles.
• Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies.
