Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Production Technician II for our St. Louis, MO facility.

The role focuses on operating, monitoring, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency, while upholding safety and quality standards in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. The position requires experience with automated machinery, data recording, and both autonomous and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Basic understanding of production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and ensure line quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Record data as required (charts and process adjustments).
• Perform autonomous (AM) and preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitize all equipment.
