Onsite Schedule: Mon - Fri, 10:00am - 6:30pm, OT Required
What You'll Do:
- In this role, you'll play a critical part in the production process by creating routers, printing labels, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and ensuring customer orders are delivered with the highest level of quality and accuracy.
- Print routers, create labels, package products, and complete final processing activities for Patient Specific Prophecy products.
- Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Follow established work instructions, packaging procedures, and manufacturing processes.
- Support the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout production.
- Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP requirements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurately record production activity using company systems.
- Consistently meet production, quality, and productivity goals.
- Attend daily operational meetings and collaborate closely with teammates, leads, and supervisors.
- Complete required training and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to safely follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and ergonomic practices
- Ability to efficiently operate labeling, carton, and manual auto-bag stations
Preferred:
- Previous experience supporting Prophecy or Patient Specific products
- Experience using JDE and Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas
- Strong visual attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections accurately

Work Flexibility
- Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
