  • Coordinate resolution of production‑related issues with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Planning, Finance, Purchasing, and Research & Development.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, downtime, waste, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Work Flexibility: Onsite

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing activities across assembly, inspection, material handling, and packaging functions. You will manage a team of approximately 20 employees while coordinating with cross‑functional partners to achieve production, quality, and operational objectives. 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm

What You Will Do
  • Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure products are built in accordance with validated processes, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Manage a team of approximately 20 employees, including scheduling, timecard approvals, overtime management, training, performance management, and hiring activities.
  • Develop and monitor production plans and staffing levels to achieve daily and monthly production targets, supply plan attainment, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate resolution of production‑related issues with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Planning, Finance, Purchasing, and Research & Development.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, downtime, waste, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of production, manufacturing, operations, or related transferable experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of employees in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience supervising manufacturing employees in a regulated industry.
  • Experience using production planning, manufacturing, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience monitoring and improving operational metrics such as productivity, downtime, waste, quality, or schedule attainment.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement training or certification.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Finance.

United States of America Pay Ranges: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual Travel Percentage: None

Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.

Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.

Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
