Stryker Corporation in Chandler, AZ, seeks an onsite Manufacturing Associate to assemble electrical and mechanical components across product lines. You will follow blueprints, adhere to safety and quality standards, and prepare, assemble, test and inspect parts to meet specifications.

Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, OT as needed
Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and electrical components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety and preventative maintenance programs, strides for cost reduction, and commits to on time, complete, and error free shipments. Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
