Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is hiring for a production line operator to safely run and monitor machinery, ensuring products meet fixed specifications and SOPs. You will work with the shift team, load materials, and keep production flowing with continuous improvement practices.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. Overtime and weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level experience - 1-3 year in a production or manufacturing environment, or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Basic mathematical, computer literacy skills
• Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Quick learner
• Be able to work overtime, flexible hours, and weekends, as needed or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to meet specifications and SOPs.
• Follow Essity safety standards and maintain personal and team safety.
• Load raw materials or finished goods for palletizing per SOPs.
• Communicate with Team Leader and operators to obtain guidance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; ensure safe environment.
• Perform production checks and reject non-conforming items to ensure quality.
• Complete required production documentation and data logs.
• Support teammates and contribute to smooth production flow.
