Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of manufacturing or forklift experience preferred.
• Must be safety focused and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Prepare, stage, and load raw materials or finished products per SOPs.
• Monitor processes and report issues to Team Leader or operators.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per safety standards.
• Assist team members in operating activities as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and report non-conforming materials.
• Complete required documentation and data entry during production.
