As a Production Technician I at AstraZeneca, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in evolving our Supply Chain. You will operate upstream/downstream/central services processing equipment according to established SOPs. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $56,072.00 to $84,108.00. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay for qualifying overtime hours. Base pay may vary depending on factors such as market location, skills, and experience. Our positions also offer a short-term incentive bonus, participation in our long-term incentive program (for salaried roles), retirement contributions (for hourly roles), and potential eligibility for commissions (sales roles). Benefits include a qualified retirement plan (401(k)), paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, and health coverage (medical, prescription, dental, vision).
