Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves operating and monitoring filling equipment in a cleanroom, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate documentation to meet patient safety standards.

The position requires basic math, good communication skills, and the ability to use a PIT for material handling. Overtime and shift flexibility are available with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust filling equipment and machines.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and document results.
• Set up, load and replenish production supplies using a powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Execute batch/code changes and tank changes as required.
• Escalate inefficiencies and safety/quality issues.
• Document required information in manufacturing logs or POMS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S principles.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs.
