Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Technician for our Upper Mount Bethel, PA facility. The role supports daily manufacturing processes, emphasizes safety, and collaborates with Production Leads to meet quality and production goals.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma, ability to wear full-face respirators, and experience with rotating shifts. A 6% annual bonus and up to 5% travel may be offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be clean shaven at all times for safety purposes.
• Ability to wear a full face tight fitting respirator and protective suit.
• Ability to medically pass respiratory and physical tests to wear respirator.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Able to work rotating shifts: days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Self-starter with safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently supports assigned processes to meet daily quality and production goals.
• Collaboratively aligns daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and foster a safe work environment.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and training resources.
• Complete annual personal goals aligned with plant objectives.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment; perform basic maintenance.
• Promote Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time culture daily.
• Assist in safe work permit issuance and training.
