Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Technician in Upper Mount Bethel, PA. You will operate chemical processes, troubleshoot, and work in a 4-on/4-off 12-hour shift, including nights and weekends.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork with Production Leads and Supervisors, plus ongoing training and SOP updates. On-site work in advanced materials production.

• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned processes to meet daily goals.
• Prioritize daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe environment.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and update Learning Resources for processes.
• Complete annual personal and plant goals.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Promote a safety-first culture daily.
• Issue safe work permits.
• Complete all training and cross-train peers.
